Credit Card Policies
Some credit cards provide insurance coverage, with certain limitations, as a benefit of using the card to rent vehicles. The customer is advsied to contact the card issuer before the rental and get written proof of the coverage to be presented at the counter at the time of rental on special category car group, as pickups, luxury, premium SUV, specialty and minivan. Any waiver must be discussed directly with the location upon arrival. NOTE: Written proof should be obtained from the credit card company on official letterhead noting they will specifically extend LDW coverage.
Debit Card Policies
Debit cards are accepted, provided the customer purchases the Lost Damage Waiver (LDW).
Drivers License
A valid driver's license from country of residence is required. Foreign renters must also present their valid passport in the driver's name. International driving permit (IDP) is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet to serve as a translation.
Public Liability and Property Damage
Public liability insurance is in accordance with the insurance laws of the country. Customer may inquire at the time of rental for additional information of the benefits, conditions and acceptance.

Additional Information
Reservations are honored:
- for 8 hours in Low Season (April 1st to July 14 and September 1st to November 19)
- for 6 hours in Medium Season (July15 to August 31 and November 20 to December 15)
- for 2 hours in High Pick Season (December 16 to March 31)
In case of delay, customer must call the station and advise of the new
approximate arrival time to retain the reservation.

Age Requirements
At this location the minimum age is 25 for all car groups. Maximum age is 70 for all car groups. Underage fee will apply for drivers 21-24 years of age. Cost: 5.00 USD per day, taxable.
NOTE: The minimum age for car groups G, L, H, X, M, E, N and K is 25 for all renters, even with a travel voucher.
