General Directions

AIRLINE PASSENGERS Proceed outside to the curb. Catch the common shuttle bus to the Rental Facility.,WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs for "Rental Cars". They will lead you to the rental car counters which is in a common facility. MIDNIGHT TO 6:00 AM: The main rental counter is closed. Customer should proceed to the Preferred booth on level 1 of the rental facility. CAR RETURN Return car to the Rental Facility, following the signage. The shuttle bus will take customers to the terminal.

After-hours Returns

How it Works: Lock the vehicle and place the keys in the key drop box for After Hours Returns located in the return area. Don't forget to remove all your belongings from the vehicle prior to returning the keys. A vehicle that is returned after hours will be checked in when the location opens the next business day. If returning after hours when a location is closed, the customer is responsible for the vehicle until the satisfactory check in of the rental vehicle the next business day.
