Proceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Show your driver's license to receive your preprinted rental document and keys. Rental cars are parked outside the baggage claim area.
General Directions
AIRLINE PASSENGERS: Avelo Airlines is flying to this airport. Upon arrival follow signs to the baggage claim area. After claiming luggage there are signs directing customers to our counter which is in the Lobby. WALK-UP RENTERS: Take I-95 south to Route 141 South. Follow Route 141 South to Route 13 South. Follow the signs to New Castle County Airport. Proceed inside the terminal, our counter is in the Lobby. VEHICLES: On-site. Rental vehicles are parked outside the terminal. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER HOURS RETURNS: Avelo Airlines ticketed passengers with early morning departures may return vehicles early. Park & lock the vehicle. Proceed inside the terminal to the rental counter. Place the completed contract & keys in the Drop Box that is located on the rental counter. Please remember to take your personal belongings with you. NOTE: this airport is not open 24 hours. This terminal is locked after the last flight arrives. Vehicles can only be returned when the terminal is open.
